"Tenshi Anime" is the same concept of the former "Eternity Portal". The site offers a weekly newsletter that contains the latest release of the Anime and Manga that is already translated into English. Also, for the download of the older releases, there is a password protected page with download links. If you are wondering what is the password, you can only find it out trough the newsletter.
